The data till 2014 says that 40 of the organizations have lost their cases and are penalised heavily for violation for this act”
All organization employing 50 employees or more have to pay 1 % of wage bill as training cess and apart from that compulsorily ensure training and development to all employees , under their Skill Development Act ..
